Renter must be at least 18 yrs old and have a valid driver's License.
RESERVATIONS /Cancellations
All rental reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your reservation deposit.
A $50.00 per boat, per day reservation deposit will hold any boat/ and will be applied to your rental fee (non Holiday). If you cancel anytime up to 72 hrs (3 days) prior to your reservation date your money will be refunded Less a $35.00 processing and remarketing fee.
If you cancel less than 72 hrs you will be charged for the entire time you have booked. Example (booked a half day then you will be charged 250.00)
* Holidays Weekends require a $100.00 per day reservation non refundable deposit
(this will go towards rental)
Houseboat Reservation
Houseboat rental reservation will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your reservation deposit. All Houseboat reservations require a MIN TWO-NIGHT STAY and a $100.00 (*non holiday) Deposit.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days of more prior to your scheduled date of your arrival, your reservation deposit will be refunded ,less a $100..00 processing and remarketing fee. The reservation deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to scheduled date of arrival.
If you cancel less than 72 hrs you will be charged for the time you have booked. (example 2 nights you will be charged for 2 nights)
*Holiday weekends ( Memorial, Fourth of July and Labor Day) Require a 200.00 per day reservation NON- REFUNDABLE . (will be applied towards rental.)
Bad Weather-
There is no cancellation fee for bad weather. If your rental is interrupted by bad weather a credit for the unused time will be given.
Renter must be present & Rain Occurring
All Rain checks must be redeemed in same season as issued
No Holidays or Holiday weekends.
Deliveries To Your Vacation Rental or Resort
We Can do this by special arrangements with customers. Just ask us.
Damage Deposit-
Credit card imprint (open ended) will be taken. Renter is 100% financially responsible for any and all damages.
Damage that exceeds deposit amount will be billed to you. Entire Deposit will be held regardless of the extent of damages and refunds will be mailed to you after damages has been repaired or replaced.
Deposits cover every item that is in the boat, and Misc item that you have rented.
Partial returns of deposits or rental fees will not be issued for late arrivals or early returns.
We strive to keep all rentals in new condition so that everyone enjoys there time on the lake.
Cleaning Fee and Pets
Pets are not allowed on the houseboats. We will charge $50.00 for extra cleaning fee if we have to clean up sand ,sunflower seeds, trash etc.
